Since advent of the political regime that governs Cuba since 1959, the quality of its legislation has deteriorate and it shall be indispensable to update the majority of its legislation to bring it current to that in force in democratic regimes.
The purpose of this site is to invite professionals interested in Cuban legislative matters to submit papers and other suggestions for updating Cuban Law and it will have separate pages dealing initially with Constitutional and Commercial Law but it is open to accession with papers dealing in updating its Civil Code, Labor Law, those of Procedure and others in which its authors specialize.
